At this May edition of Cocktail Hour, Members will master the art of making a rosemary paloma, Mexico's most popular tequila-based cocktail.

This refreshing, citrusy highball is a blend of 100 percent agave tequila, homemade rosemary syrup, grapefruit juice and lime juice.

Hosted on the final Tuesday of each month at the Nihonbashi Club’s centerpiece bar, each Cocktail Hour features a different concoction, with the recipe available at the end.
